Zirconium oxide, stabilized, spheroidal
We produce stabilized zirconium oxide powders of two types:
Working with the production of spheroidal powders, we were able to achieve significant results:
- spheroidal (particle shape - close to sphere)
- agglomerated (randomly shaped particles sintered into larger agglomerates)
Working with the production of spheroidal powders, we were able to achieve significant results:
- The bulk of the particles have a regular spherical shape
- High and stable material fluidity
- Minimum number of random-shaped particles
- Absence of fine particles (1-5 µm), which significantly reduce fluidity
- Ability to produce narrow fractions (for example, 20-40, 40-60, 30-63, etc.) according to customer requirements
